We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical, Education and Training Pharmacist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our hospital pharmacy team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving high-quality patient-focused ward and clinical services.

About the Job

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our experienced pharmacists to ensure that trainees and foundation pharmacists receive the best possible education and training. Your expertise in clinical pharmacy practice, education, and training will be invaluable in helping us to deliver first-class patient care.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • To assist the Lead Pharmacist, Clinical Services in leading the management, maintenance, and continuous quality improvement of high-quality patient-focused ward and clinical services.
  • To coordinate and support clinical service provision across one of our sites and line manage resident pharmacists on rotation.
  • To ensure that all pharmacists are trained to provide a consistent and appropriate service to all wards throughout the Trust.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £62,500 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive package of benefits, including career development opportunities, flexible working, and wellbeing support.
