Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to fill the role of Head Coach at our Everlast Gyms location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing training programs, and providing exceptional coaching services to our members.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the fitness industry, with experience in personal training, group fitness, and sales. You will be a passionate and driven individual who is committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our diverse membership base
  • Provide exceptional coaching services to our members, including personal training sessions and group classes
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building
  • Contribute to the development of our team, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent
  • CIMSPA Practitioner level certification or equivalent
  • Experience in personal training, group fitness, and sales
  • A strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and solutions-focused mindset
About the Salary

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
