You will be supported by a seasoned and diverse team of engineers to ensure that all equipment, plant, building, and infrastructure are maintained.

The shift will be 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights (5:30-5:45 am/pm).
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with production to optimize the use of site assets
- Ensure existing site equipment operates at peak efficiency to maximize benefits
- Contribute to the exploration of new manufacturing techniques
- Take initiative in enhancing energy and utilities efficiency to achieve cost savings, while also meeting production demands
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork to maintain a consistent and adaptable approach to ongoing improvement
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with safety protocols
- Follow the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) system diligently and punctually
- Fulfill all necessary statutory documentation requirements
- Mechanical engineering background
- Sound grasp of health and safety regulations
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Experience in manufacturing or process operations, demonstrating proficiency in planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
- Fault finding skills
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team and independently
- Highly motivated and willing to pursue additional personal development supported by the company
