We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team of supervisors within Culinary Services at Rosewood London. Our Chefs de Partie are entrusted with efficiently leading sections within the kitchen and directly reporting to the Junior Sous Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure food safety and health and safety regulations and standards are respected by the brigade at all times.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end culinary environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
