About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Community Living Assistant to join our Bank Recovery Support team in Morecambe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of people with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- To support clients with daily living tasks and promote independence.
- To engage in activities that promote social inclusion and community participation.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality support services.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in supporting individuals with mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
- An understanding of the principles of recovery-focused support.
