- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Personal Development/PSCE/RHSE curriculum that meets the needs of all students
- Leading professional development workshops and coaching sessions for staff
- Collaborating with teachers to design and implement engaging lesson plans
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the curriculum and making recommendations for improvements
