Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced office administrator to provide confidential and administrative support to our busy academic office on a temporary basis, with a view to going permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the academic office, including managing internal databases and keeping them up-to-date with accurate information and details.
  • Support the school in complying with policies and procedures, working as part of a wider team to achieve this goal.
  • Manage the booking of appointments, meetings, and events, as well as greeting visitors and answering incoming calls, taking messages where needed, and passing them onto the relevant person or department.
  • Typing of letters and other documents, photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and archiving of documents.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Current or previous experience in an administration environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Broad mindset with the ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with others at all levels.
Working Hours and Salary

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 30 hours a week, doing 6.5 hours a day, including a 30-minute lunch break. Salary is £16,942 - £18,426 per annum, dependent on experience.
