Internal Sales Manager Salary: £25,000-£30,000 + Commission

Internal Sales Manager Hours: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday

Internal Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Identify, target, and convert prospect leads into new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Achieve and exceed all set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately onto our system.
  • Develop and implement retention and growth plans for all accounts in line with the company budget.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of our company's range of products and services.

The ideal Internal Sales Manager should be:

  • A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
