Internal Sales Manager Salary: £25,000-£30,000 + Commission
Internal Sales Manager Hours: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday

Internal Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Identify, target, and convert prospect leads into new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Achieve and exceed all set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately onto our system.
- Develop and implement retention and growth plans for all accounts in line with the company budget.
- Have a thorough knowledge of our company's range of products and services.
The ideal Internal Sales Manager should be:
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
