About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant/Associate to join our team at Newcastle University. As part of our commitment to advancing sustainable practices, you will contribute to a project focused on the circular economy of chemicals.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with academics and industry partners in the UKRI National Centre for the Chemical Circular Economy. You will be responsible for developing a roadmap outlining the current status and future prospects for the circular economy of olefins.

Job Requirements
  • PhD in chemistry or a related discipline
  • Experience in communicating with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of chemistry related to recycling of plastics or catalysis of renewable feedstocks
