GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Support Worker to join our team and support students with ASD/ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with ASD/ADHD in a designated unit
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students
  • Assist with daily living skills and personal care
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with ASD/ADHD
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
