Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to support numeracy interventions in a supportive secondary school environment. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience working with children in a secondary school setting and be able to build strong relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality numeracy interventions to students who require additional support, ensuring consistency and continuity of support with teaching staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development, providing valuable insights for teachers and other support staff.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to level 3 or higher (e.g. NVQ, BTEC, degree), with a passion for understanding how children learn and behave.
  • Experience working with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD, or severe learning difficulties, with the ability to adapt support strategies accordingly.
Salary:

£92.50 per day, depending on experience, making this a highly competitive opportunity for teaching assistants looking to make a positive impact in education.
