Job Description

Nurse Time is currently seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team in York. As a Band 5 Locum Registered General Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care in a Medical and Surgical ward setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to professional guidelines and codes of practice.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an acute healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
