We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our accountancy practice, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to partners, including managing absence calendars and onboarding new starters.
- Oversee compliance procedures, including reviews and client billing.
- Liaise with clients via telephone and email to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist with client matters, including preparing fee proposals and marketing new clients.
- Support the administration team with document management and archiving.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience in practice management within a legal or accountancy practice.
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm.
