Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Horticulture and Office Co-ordinator to join our team at Lantra. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with event planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all data is up-to-date and securely stored;

  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing meeting materials;

  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including venue selection, catering, and logistical arrangements;

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new projects and initiatives, using your creativity and problem-solving skills;

  • Support our training programs, including scheduling, registration, and evaluation processes;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or horticultural role, preferably in a related field;

  • Degree in Horticulture, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable but not essential);

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
