About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to lead our team of specialists in managing complex environmental conservation projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and signing off on major projects, including contaminated land assessments, flood risk management, and environmental sampling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team of junior consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise across a variety of projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to uphold ISO and environmental standards within our Integrated Management System.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering).
  • Extensive experience in contaminated land management, site investigations, and environmental assessments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • A proven track record in managing complex environmental projects from inception to completion.
  • A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel for site-based projects.
What We Offer
  • Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 (flexible for the right candidate).
