Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting a range of AWS solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated provisioning of infrastructure using cloud formation templates
  • Version and test cloud formation templates to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Develop solutions encompassing technology, process, and people for build and release management, infrastructure, networking, security, and more
  • Recommend and implement solutions, working independently and collaboratively with development teams
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional technical solutions that meet customer needs
  • Maintain strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging processes, techniques, and tools
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of core Amazon infrastructure, including CloudFormation, IAM, VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, Auto-scaling, and Route53
  • Experience working with AWS in a serverless context, including AWS SAM, Serverless, CloudFormation, APIGateway, Cognito, Lambda, DynamoDB
  • Knowledge of microservice-based architectures and DevOps environments
  • Familiarity with software automation tools, including Git, Jenkins, CodePipeline, Sonarqube
  • Hands-on experience with container services, including Docker, Kubernetes, ECS
  • A good understanding of the AWS Well Architected Framework and Amazon WorkSpaces
  • Ability to present confidently in external group and client settings
  • AWS Solution Architect Associate certification
