Cityscape Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Town Planner to join our team at Corecruitment International.

The Role involves working with a specialist planning consultancy that supports a diverse range of projects including residential, energy, commercial, and leisure developments.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our client's business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified planner with a strong understanding of planning policies and regulations, as well as excellent design and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing plans for various projects
• Conducting site visits and assessments
• Developing and implementing planning strategies
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Planning or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning consultancy
• Strong knowledge of planning policies and regulations
• Excellent design and communication skills

Salary Range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
