We are a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment agency, working with top clients across various sectors. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment services and is now seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to support our ongoing recruitment efforts.

Job Overview

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for our key clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Writing and posting job advertisements to attract relevant candidates
  • Conducting initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Supporting consultants with administrative tasks, including CV formatting and reference checks
  • Developing a thorough understanding of client requirements to match candidates effectively
  • Managing candidate relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a resourcer or recruitment role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools is an advantage
