Team Development
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • Identify and address skill gaps, providing training and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water sector projects, with a focus on RC design and detailing.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
