About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker in Shifnal. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as needed.
  • Provide medication reminders and ensure clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and assist with light housekeeping.
  • Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings, giving them the freedom and choice they desire.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and their families, providing companionship and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Full UK Driving Licence and the use of your own vehicle. Paid ongoing training will be provided, and consistent development opportunities will be available.
