**Job Description:** Healthcare Facilities Engineer

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Facilities Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a healthcare environment and be able to demonstrate a track record of building constructive relationships with warmth and empathy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Perform PPM technical tasks and associated remedial works in accordance with competencies and training
  2. Carry out reactive maintenance, minor installations, and breakdown repairs as required on electrical, mechanical systems, or building fittings
  3. Undertake daily/weekly tasks such as water temperature tests, flushing of water systems, fire safety system testing, and building and plant room inspections

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and codes of practice applicable to own discipline within estates maintenance in a healthcare setting
  • Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and HTM-aligned maintenance tasks in an NHS environment
  • Proven ability to use CAFM systems and handheld technology

**Salary:** £44,806 - £53,134 per annum inc HCAS (pro rata if part-time)
