Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a small nursing home in Essex. The home supports adults with physical disabilities and complex healthcare needs, most of whom are younger adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to the care staff and ensure that service users receive a high standard of care.
  • Conduct nursing administration and assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Act as a role model and mentor to the care team.

  • A competitive salary of £44,982/21 (£21 per hour, 42 hours per week, 0.5 hour shifts per week, 4 on 3 off).
