About The Role


We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be providing outstanding personal care and support to clients living within the local community.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks and maintaining their independence
  • Administering medication in line with clients' care plans, with full training provided
  • Working collaboratively with our team to provide a high-quality service
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to our team leaders

About You


We are looking for a naturally kind and compassionate person who is able to put a smile on our clients' faces. You will need:



  • Great communication and listening skills to enable you to listen to clients' stories
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and going the extra mile
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A driving licence and your own vehicle

Hours


You will be working on a rolling basis, with a typical shift pattern of:



  • Week One: Saturday 7am - 2pm
  • Week Two: Saturday 7am - 2pm and Sunday 7am - 2pm
