We are seeking a skilled Appliance Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Redefined Ltd. This role involves working as a self-motivated individual, driving a company van and managing your own day effectively.


The Job Description:

  • Test, diagnose, and fix white goods in customers' homes.
  • Bid on jobs based on allocated territory and customer base.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality workmanship.

Key Requirements:

  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ideal (but not essential) ACS Qualifications in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
  • Company-approved tools and van.

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (£32k - £38k OTE) increasing to £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (£35k - £41k OTE for gas qualified).
  • Average shift pattern of 41 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, with some Saturday working on a rostered basis.
