Job Title: Environmental Lawyer

Job Type: Locum

Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Lawyer to join our team on a locum basis. As an Environmental Lawyer, you will provide advice to our client group on varied Planning & Highways matters, including advising on appeal enquiries and other associated matters as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on Planning & Highways matters, including appeal enquiries and other associated matters
  • Drafting and negotiating complex Planning agreements, such as section 73's and section 106 agreements
  • Representing the client at Committee meetings on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

  • Experience in Local Government

Working Hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
