We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Partner to join our Non-Contentious Construction team. As a key member of our Real Estate division, you will play a vital role in driving forward our Business Plan and delivering exceptional client service.

The Role:
  • Lead complex cases, recognised as a subject-matter expert in your field or industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and/or referral sources by consistently surpassing service expectations.
  • Grow your practice area by exploring new sectors or markets or increasing your presence within your existing market.
  • Take charge of creating thought leadership materials based on legal developments, industry trends, or other significant information to generate new business prospects.
  • Oversee and manage the team's work to meet both financial and non-financial targets, utilising performance data to assess individual and team progress.
You:
  • Over 8 years of post-qualification experience at a top-tier national or regional firm.
  • Expertise in handling all aspects of non-contentious construction work.
  • Strong ambition to expand and develop the team.
  • Proactive approach to business development and client growth.
