About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our Estate Agency team, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business leads, as well as nurturing existing relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business leads and revenue streams through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, as well as your contribution to the overall growth and success of the team.

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
