Detailed Job Description

In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Buying in evolving the company's 3-year Product, Brand, and Category strategy. You will create seasonal category and brand buying strategies with the merchandising team, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial objectives.

You will develop your own-brand product strategies and ranges, working closely with group design and sourcing teams to drive innovation and growth. Additionally, you will maintain supplier relationships to secure favourable terms and ownership of brand partnership business plans.

Key performance indicators include:

  • Sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Improved profit margins through effective supply chain management.
  • Development of strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
