HGV Class 2 Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 driver to join our team at Resolute Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting waste products and operating machinery on the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting waste products from designated locations
  • Operating machinery on the vehicle to facilitate waste collection
  • Ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained and adhering to safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV Class 2/Category LGV C driving license
  • Valid in-date CPC & Digi cards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others and as an individual
  • No more than 6 points on your license for insurance purposes
Working Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends. The working hours will be from 03:00 to 05:00.

Pay Rates:
  • £15.00 per hour PAYE for Monday to Friday
  • £21.50 per hour PAYE for Saturday and Sunday
