We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Professional in East London. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, assisting them with daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing mobility support and assistance with personal care

• Preparing meals and assisting with medication

• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment

• Providing dementia care and support

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is kind, trustworthy, and respectful. Previous experience in care is desirable, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training and support. Enhanced DBS checks will be carried out, and all applicants must be over the age of 18.
