About the Role

We are seeking an experienced diesel engineer who can work closely with customers to resolve complex engineering problems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering and commercial skills, allowing them to effectively represent a leading global brand in the rail sector.

As a genuine leader in the field, we offer comprehensive training to our engineers, ensuring they stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in our product range.

Strong customer relationships are crucial, and the successful Service Engineer will have a proven track record of delivering added value services in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of diesel engines and propulsion systems
  • Fault diagnostics and remote diagnostics and conditioning
  • Product training on performance and availability for diesel engines in rolling stock

Salary: £35,000 per annum plus overtime opportunities on a Monday to Friday schedule. Estimated salary based on location is around £38,000.
