Logistics Accounting Expert Wanted:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Accounting Expert to join our finance team at Trial Balance.

About the Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations related to accounts receivable
  • Set up new clients on our financial software, MS Dynamics/Navision
  • Maintain accurate records of aged debtor accounts
  • Administer the invoice discounting facility
  • Oversee the management of accounts payable
  • Reconcile purchase ledger invoices
  • Prepare supplier payment runs
  • Conduct general ledger analysis
Requirements:

Minimum 18 months of experience in a similar environment, AAT part/fully qualified or qualified by experience.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is approximately £35,000.
