Transport Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team at Watts Farms, a third-generation family-run farming business. As a Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our fresh produce to customers across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize routes to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries
  • Collaborate with our warehouse and customer service teams to provide a streamlined service to our customers
  • Utilize driver resources to complete all required deliveries and collections
  • Ensure customer orders are delivered in the most cost-effective way, while meeting expected delivery times

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Route planning experience
