Job Type: Full-time, Long-term

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and small group support to students in need of extra help
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, including managing classroom behavior and supporting students with special educational needs
  • Develop and implement interventions to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioral difficulties
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree at 1st class or 2:1 level
  • Strong academic record at GCSE and A-Level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and compassionately in a fast-paced environment
