Hourly Rate: £16.82 per hour (£42k per annum), 1.5x overtime + BH rates

Location: Stratford

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure load security at all times and abide by the Company's 12 Life Saving Rules.
  • Effect an efficient and satisfactory multi-drop delivery service to customers of the Company.
  • Abide by the current Safety, Health and Environment policy, prioritizing the safety of staff, customers, and members of the public.
  • Handle cash and cheques securely for Cash Sale deliveries and account settlements.
  • Operate the company's ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System to the satisfaction of the Department and Quality Manager.
  • Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services as defined by company policy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of allocated vehicles and complete necessary paperwork daily.

Requirements:

  • Minimum LGV C (HGV 2) and Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Driver's CPC Card with ADR and UN Class 2 qualifications.
  • Experience in Multi-Drop Deliveries and knowledge of Local/Regional Areas.
  • Willingness to undergo Company Medical if required.
  • Disclosure of any unspent convictions.
