We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Attorney to join our team at Twenty84. As a key member of our structured finance and fintech practice, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex financial transactions.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + comprehensive benefits

You will work closely with our clients, delivering bespoke solutions to sophisticated legal challenges in the field of structured finance and fintech. With a strong foundation in financial services law, you will lead on structuring, drafting, and negotiating documentation for high-profile transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on structuring, drafting, and negotiating documentation for structured finance transactions, debt issuances, and securitisations.
  • Work closely with fintech and financial services clients, delivering bespoke solutions to sophisticated legal challenges.
