Compassionate Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a kind and caring nature, flexibility, reliability, and good communication skills. They must hold a full clean UK drivers licence and be willing to drive our client's vehicle.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our brand new male client who has suffered a brain injury. You will assist with personal care, domestic duties, and help him access the community. You will also encourage his independence and provide reassurance when needed.
This is a regular position with 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off assignments, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The salary for this role is £150 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
