Remuneration Package: This engaging opportunity comes with an estimated annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000, reflecting the level of expertise and dedication required. Competitive pay rates and incentives, such as online training and regular appraisals, further enhance the rewards of this role.
Duties and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will contribute to developing and delivering individualized education plans, facilitating group activities, and supporting classroom teachers in managing diverse student needs. Your tasks will involve adapting materials for different learners, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Requirements and Expectations: To excel in this position, you will need a relevant teaching assistant qualification, previous experience working with children, and a deep understanding of the curriculum and assessment frameworks. Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with adaptability and a willingness to learn, are also necessary for success in this role.
