As a Localisation and Distribution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our content distribution process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in localisation, distribution, and project management, while gaining valuable experience working with a global entertainment company.

You will be responsible for coordinating the creation and distribution of dubbed and subtitled version trailers, marketing & publicity content of WBD for EMEA markets across theatrical and non-theatrical business areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project set up, comms, creative and scheduling issues with Marketing Localisation teams.
  • Regularly review and update project timelines, delivery schedules, and placement opportunities with vendors and local offices.
  • Collaborate with WB local offices and vendors to ensure all localised content is delivered and tracked within agreed timelines.
  • Inform key territory contacts of new content availability and track orders through to delivery.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling theatrical and online localisation and distribution, ensuring placements are met for EMEA region.
  • Coordinate delivery of reference QTs, Scripts and Audio Masters to dubbing studios and WB reps.
  • Quality Check and approve OV and localised content.
  • Manage tracking tools for all trailers used and versioned in EMEA for online and theatrical release.
  • Troubleshoot issues arising during localisation/distribution of content.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by Marketing Localisation Manager.

About You:

We're looking for a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As a current University student in your 2nd year, you'll need to be due to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2027.

You'll also require a keen interest in film, localisation, digital marketing, and new technologies, as well as a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and navigation of content management systems.
