About The Role

Leading Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Excellence

As a Senior QSHE Manager at Atlas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems. Your strategic leadership will guide the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of QSHE policies, procedures, and strategies in accordance with Atlas's and the client's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Management System Team to ensure seamless integration of quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of QSHE strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through regular audits, assessments, and training programs.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to maintain and reinforce a strong behavioural-based safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Chartered to IOSH (CMIOSH) status or working towards.
  • NEBOSH Diploma, or NVQ 5 in Health and Safety, or NCRQ Diploma in Applied Health and Safety.
  • Environmental and/or Quality Management qualification such as IEMA, CQI, or similar (desirable).
  • Experience of implementing, monitoring, and reviewing management systems.
  • Good working knowledge of legislation and statutory compliances within the facilities management sector.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
