As a Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by developing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional offline marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within the offline marketing space.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored offline marketing solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Drive lead generation activities through networking, industry events, and other channels to grow our client base.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and initial contact to pitching and closing deals.
  • Market Insights & Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry, providing insights to inform future sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of offline marketing, brand activations, and experiential marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong networking skills and a passion for building client relationships.
