Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at beBee Professionals in Castlereagh, United Kingdom. As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, utilizing a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Ensure the presentation, taste, and portioning of food meets the restaurant's standards, adhering to food safety procedures and ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, developing new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.

• Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and management.
• Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of quality.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), with a commitment to maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
