Quarry and Recycling Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quarry and Recycling Manager to join our team at Tarmac Trading Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our quarry and recycling sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the safe and efficient operation of our quarry and recycling sites
  • Lead a team of site supervisors and operators to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quarry or recycling management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
