We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Equipment Sales Manager to join our team at Agricultural and Farming Jobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, handling technical queries, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relations: Manage daily customer interactions, including handling technical queries, sales of parts and accessories, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Sales Management: Manage incoming sales enquiries for both new and used machinery, providing a seamless purchasing experience.
- Administration: Management of CRM systems, invoicing, order processing, and general administrative duties.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Agricultural or Groundcare Equipment Industry Experience: Previous experience in the agricultural, 4x4, or plant machinery industries is preferable.
- Technical Knowledge: Ideally, you will have technical knowledge of machinery, whether from a mechanical or sales background.
- Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-focused environment, with the ability to handle both B2B and B2C relationships.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
