Job Title: CSA Project Manager - Construction Management

We are seeking a highly skilled CSA Project Manager to lead our construction management team in delivering large-scale hi-tech projects worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the CSA construction scope, ensuring strict adherence to safety, time, quality, change control, logistics, and site coordination requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define CSA objectives within the project scope and communicate those aims to relevant sub-contractor teams and onsite teams.
  • Be the main point of contact for CSA subcontractor site management and be involved with the CSA subcontractor selection and procurement process.
  • Be involved with the project decision-making process, client-facing when required, and create a good working relationship with the Client's onsite personnel and the Client's Representatives.
  • Take responsibility for setting up site cabins and welfare requirements, ensuring water/power/IT/waste services are connected, and maintaining a clean and tidy site area.
  • Conclude a project to the Client's satisfaction, including snagging, commissioning, validation, and room readiness.
  • Contribute to the generation of and knowledge of all Project Construction Project Execution Plans (CPEPs), with particular emphasis on the Construction Management CPEP, Logistics CPEP, Project Programming CPEP, and Quality CPEP.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure the team provides detailed accounts of site activities.
  • Aware of all project risks associated impacts and necessary mitigations to those risks that the client must manage. Contribute to the project risk log and actively work to close and mitigate all risk but in particular CSA associated risks.

Requirements:

  • A good level in English is required, other languages are considered as an asset.
  • Managing all aspects of projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and supervising work crews.
  • Reviewing bids from subcontractors and selecting the most qualified ones based on price, reputation, and experience.
  • Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Monitoring project costs and scheduling for on-time completion of projects.
  • Overseeing the hiring of subcontractors and workers as needed to complete projects on time.
  • Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Communicating with clients throughout the construction process to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of projects.
  • Conform to local and national laws and guidelines, and Reporting.
