We offer a competitive salary range of £27,750 - £35,033 per annum, plus a market rate allowance of up to £6,000. Our benefits package includes 37 days of annual leave, Bank Holidays, and additional paid time off during the festive season.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic educator to join our team at Stamford College. As a Motorsport Educator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and mentoring apprentices and work-based learners in the Motor Vehicle department.

You will be responsible for undertaking teaching activities, ensuring high-quality provision, and responding to learners' needs. A Level 5 Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards it is required, along with a minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications.

Able to adapt to different learner needs, you will also possess the ability to teach subject-level qualifications, such as HND or degree qualifications in Motor Vehicle.
