Job Title: Lettings Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at The CLR Group. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lettings process, including generating applicants, responding to enquiries, and arranging valuations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and support to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage profit and loss for the office, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, with a commitment to compliance and excellence.
