Commercial Finance Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Trade Division at Bonnier Books UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting. You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to provide insights into the company's performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to optimize business performance.
Requirements:
  • Numeracy and Analytical Skills: Strong numeracy and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Financial Modelling: Good understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving.
