Job Summary:

The Roehampton Club Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenkeeper to join our team. As a Greenkeeping Professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the course to a consistently high standard.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, including weekend work on a rota basis. The successful candidate will be part of a team that takes pride in maintaining the course and helping to develop the estate as part of our 2035 masterplan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the course to a consistently high standard, ensuring it is presented in excellent condition for members and guests.
  • Operate to a very high-quality standard with an eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the estate as part of our 2035 masterplan.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience in sports maintenance.
  • Greenkeeping qualification or willingness to attain one.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
  • Positive attitude and a can-do approach to work.
