Defined Benefit Pension Scheme Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Edinburgh office, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our defined benefit pension scheme administration services.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for training and supporting less experienced colleagues, maintaining membership records, and assisting with scheme administration. You will also be required to liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate membership records and documentation
  • Assisting with calculation and payment of scheme benefits
  • Providing excellent customer service to scheme members and other stakeholders

Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • Experience dealing with DB pensions schemes within the pensions industry
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products such as Excel and Word (or similar)
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible holiday entitlement, healthcare cash plan, and access to a digital GP service.

Estimated Salary: £43,000 per annum.
